When to worry about rodents?
The best time to carry out proactive pest control is when you see them outside, this is in the hope they have not yet entered the building. Almost all buildings have weak points, gaps under doors, drains and vents are just a few locations pest will exploit to access the property. Prevention is key, remove any form of food or harbourage, bird seed, bins, rubbish garden waste.
